Returns Policy

Return Court:

Our returns are based on Genuity of the issue reported.

At Happieshop4u we give equal preference to the Seller and Customer. We request you to go through our return policy before you place the order.

Important Guidelines for your information:

1.     Our delivery is based on One-Sided shipping process where the Sellers will be liable for one side shipping charges only. Hence, considering the genuity of the issue return charges has to be borned by the Customer or Seller based on the analysis of the return request. If in case issue is from seller end like defective, damaged, wrong item or wrong delivery return charges will be levied by seller. If in case seller has sent right product and right condition above which customer is  opting for return, we are sorry to inform you that return charges will be levied to customer.

    (Note - Return Charges is Courier charges amount. If in case seller has sent right product and customer is asking for refund, then the deduction will be equal to Courier charges amount)

2.     Our standard delivery time is 6-8 working days and in case of any transit related issues/public holidays or any unexpected scenarios delivery may take 10-14 working days.

3.     Customer is mandated to create a video capturing the parcel opening (unboxing) without breaking or stopping the video. Editing and mixing of video will not be accepted. The video should clearly explain the exact issue for which return/refund is required related to the product (damaged, wrong colour, wrong item etc.). Please be informed that the video would be a POR (Proof of Return) to process the refund for your order.

4.     You can raise a return request within 2 days from the time of delivery of the order. We do not accept returns after 2 days from the delivery of the order. Please ensure that while returning the product, the packaging is intact the way it was delivered. We do not accept returns for Innerwear/ under Garments due to hygiene concerns.

5.     In case of Refund, once the return order is picked up and reached the seller warehouse, the quality team will perform the Quality Check and provide approval of return the order. For complete refund process additional 6-8 working days would be needed. There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, Customer can self-ship the order through any courier service, preferably Speed Post. Once the product is sent by the Customer from non-deliverable areas to seller as mentioned above, based on the policy defined in Point 1, we shall refund the amount along with courier charges to Customer if product is faulty, else the Seller will bear the courier charges in this case.

Issue Resolution Process:

Now lets go through about resolution process for the returns considering the genuity of the issue. We at Happieshop4u value money, time and give equal priority to our Customers and Sellers.

1.       Defective /Damaged

If you received your product and believe it to be defective, or it arrives damaged, don't worry - we will get you taken care of by offering you a complete refund. Simply reach out via the "Contact" link found on our website page within 2 business days of the delivery date of your order.  Include your order number and video & photos evidence showing the damage or defective section clearly. Video evidence will help our team expedite the quality check process.

2.      Exchange/Replacement

We are sorry to inform you that we do not have exchange/replacement of the order which you have placed.However , you can opt for refund of the order and refund will be processed as we have mentioned on our “Important Guidelines  for your information section” that our delivery is one sided shipping.

We request you to go through about complete product information and description of the product before you place an order to avoid return issues.

·         Wrong item/incomplete order/incorrect size/quantity/product Varies from the description

If in case seller has sent any wrong product then your order would be refunded. We request you to go through about  “Important Guidelines  for your information section” section Point 1” to know more about refund process.

·         Product design/Quality/Satisfaction

As we all know there is no limit for expectation in product but in order to satisfy the expectation we are giving in best price.

However, If you feel product quality is very poor and you provide proper proof then yes definitely we will co-ordinate with our sellers for complete refund of your order.
