Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

 

Happieshop4u believes in helping its customers as far as possible and as of now we do not have free cancellation policy.

If in case you wish to cancel order within 24 hours from the time of order placed then 5% deduction will be applicable on your total invoice amount.

The cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants/sellers and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

If in case you wish to cancel upon shipped order then shipping charges+5% of total invoice amount will be deducted and rest of the amount will be refunded.

If in case seller/merchant/vendor cancels order then full refund will be initiated.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per described features, damaged or defective or any unexpected condition you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team (helpme@happieshop4u.com) after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Refund Policy

Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be refunded. In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our customer care team immediately within 2 days from the time of order delivered.

Please follow our return court policy in case of any returns of your placed order.
