Ordering and payment:

1.        Q: How can I order?

A: You can order easily using our online platform I,e When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process confirm order by clicking on policy and once you confirm order a payment pop up will show make the payment using available options. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.

2.        Q: Why should I buy online?

A: Speeding up the process. By ordering online you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time.

Traceability: You will have easy access to all of your previous orders any time you want.  Reordering:  you can make a re-order anytime based on your previous orders by only couple of clicks. This will save time and effort as you don’t need to go through all the documents and emails from the past.

2.a. Q: Are there any hidden charges?

A: There are no hidden charges. The prices shown against each product are the final prices inclusive of GST and shipping charges and you wouldn’t be asked to pay any more than that.

3.        Q: What payment methods can I use?

A: You can use all the major credit and debit cards. You can see more options at the time of payment.

4.        Q: What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

A: Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.

5.        Q: How can I change delivery address?

A: Sign in to your account and go to “address book”. On “address book” you can change all your contact information. Also please notify us within 4 hours from the time of order placed so that we can inform to seller to ship to the latest address.

6.        Q: What are the delivery charges?

A: Our delivery is free shipping where charges will be included in the product price. In case of returns delivery charges varies to product to product based on location, volumetric weight and will notify you separately.


7.        Q: Do sellers on ship internationally?

A: Currently, sellers on only ship within India.


8.         Q: Can I cancel my order?

              A: Please go through cancellation policy before placing order.

9.        Q: Can I cancel part of my order?

A: Yes, if you placed an order with many items, you can cancel delivery for each of them. But if it is part of a combo or clubbed with another item, the entire set/combo will be cancelled. Go to My Orders or view your order history and tap on order you wish to cancel. Cancellation is not allowed if the order has been shipped. Please go through cancellation policy before placing order.

10.     Q: How will I get a refund for an item I cancelled?

A: We will refund the money in the original mode of payment.

A: If you want to return a product, please go through return court section.

13.     Q: Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the Returns court Policy?

A: No, sellers will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the Returns court Policy.

1.        Q: How do create an account?

A: Go to this page and click “Register”, then just fill in all the needed information and click “Continue”.  After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified. 

2.        Q: How can I retrieve my password?

A: You can retrieve your password by clicking “forgot password?” Instruction on password retrieval will be send to your email.

3.        Q: How do I change my personal details or email address?

A: You can easily change all your information on your account.  Go to login page and log in, then click “my account” and “edit your account information”. Here you can change all your contact information.


4.        Q: Security

A: Our web store is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties.



1.       Q: Can I track my order?

A: We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel is shipped.

2.        Q: Shipping time?

A: Our standard delivery time is 6-8 working days and in case of any transit related issues/public holidays or any unexpected scenarios delivery may take 10-14 working days. We expect your kind support and understanding in case of any delay.

3.        Q: What is courier return charges or return to origin charges?

A: When a courier partner is unable to deliver the shipment to the customer (you) for some reasons like the customer (You) is not available to receive the package or The customer (you) denies the delivery of the package 0r The address or other relevant information of the customer (you) is incorrect or The door/ premise/ office is closed or any reasons where our courier partner unavailable to reach you in such scenarios courier return charges will be levied to customer (you).

4.        Q:.I want to sell my items on Happieshop4u. Who do I get in touch with?

A: Please email us on our seller consultant will contact you and guide you on respective procedure.

5.        Q: Do you have cash on delivery option?

A:Currently, we do not have cash on delivery option.We would suggest to make the payment through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking or UPI or any online mode of payment.

6.        Q: Do you deliver all over India?

A:Yes, we do deliver all over India. If delivery service is not available through our seller partnered courier companies, we will inform our seller to ship your order through India Post. We would inform you possibility of shipment or your order will be refunded.

7.        Q: What do I do if my shipment has tampered?

A: If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a new right packaging is issued to you with no additional cost.

8.        Q: Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?

A: Every order is shipped only to a single address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders. We would love to be able to solve that in the near future with the advancement of technology.

9.        Q: What is One-Sided shipping?

A:One-Sided shipping shipment means where the Seller will be liable for one side shipping charges only and in case of any wrong shipment by seller then return charges will be applicable to seller to give full refund to customer.
